Recurrent Ear Infection

Many of the patients in any pediatrician’s office are there for recurrent ear infection (called otitis media). Allergy plays a significant role in otitis media. In fact, as many as 79 percent of children with chronic ear infections have confirmed allergic rhinitis.1 And many researchers have made a strong connection between food allergies and recurrent ear infections.

Talk to your doctor. He or she can help you get to the cause of your child’s allergy-like symptoms.
